The BET Awards aired Sunday June 23, 2019. Annually this award show honors black entertainers in the following categories; TV, movies, music and sports. Instead of the traditional red carpet that is at most award shows, BET decided to do a blue one. As with any other award show there were performances by many popular celebrities. Below are the “blue carpet” standouts I felt were worth posting.
